Life Coaching for Women
Coaching Packages

DISCOVERY:

3 months of coaching: discovery session plus twelve 60-minute weekly coaching sessions

These foundational first meetings provide the opportunity to deeply explore the central question, "What qualities do you long to grow, flow with, and share today?"

Through this work, you will:

  • Discover and/or clarify your deepest values (the qualities you consider to be absolutely essential to your life)
  • Learn or deepen meditation, mindfulness and compassion practices that can be of support in growing the qualities you long to grow
  • Learn to use the tools of mindful awareness and compassion to observe habitual patterns that no longer serve you and begin to soften these patterns with curiosity and kindness
  • Begin to cultivate a greater sense of clarity, well-being, purpose and peace
  • Have the opportunity to listen deeply to yourself and create new ways of living, thinking and being, with self-care as a top priority
  • Begin to discover the sense of freedom that is possible when we start to let go of our demand that this moment be other than it is and begin to allow ourselves to experience the full range of this human life as it is, with its "10,000 joys and 10,000 sorrows" (Allowing is NOT condoning that which causes harm— we can accept that "this is how it is in this moment" while wholeheartedly doing all we can to lessen suffering and increase well-being within ourselves and the world)
  • Begin to develop the capacity to have an appropriate response to the ebbs and flows of life in each moment, growing clarity and compassion, softening reactivity and self-judgment, and living with a greater sense of ease

I work with those who know, on a "gut" level, that real change must be made over time, from the inside-out. Those who have a sense of the changes they wish to make in their life. And, those seeking a witness who will listen deeply, not just to what they say but to who they are.

GROWTH 1: (pre-requisite DISCOVERY)

3 months of coaching: six 60-minute sessions, 2 sessions per month

This phase of the coaching offers the opportunity to continue to grow the qualities/values, views, insights, practices, tools and skills you've developed in your DISCOVERY work. At this time, I offer the additional resource of identifying your personality type through the lens of the enneagram.

GROWTH 2: (pre-requisite DISCOVERY + GROWTH 1)

3 months of coaching: six 60-minute sessions, 2 sessions per month

This offering is an option for those who feel drawn to continue to build upon their GROWTH 1 work in a twice-a-month format.

JOURNEY: (pre-requisite DISCOVERY + GROWTH 1 or 2)

One 60-minute session per month: on-going until you feel complete in your coaching process

In this phase of the coaching, each meeting serves as a touchstone to support you in "staying the course" of your unique expression of walking the path of living a mindful, values-based life. This once-a-month meeting supports the continued cultivation of clarity, well-being, purpose, peace, and other beneficial qualities you are growing and expressing towards yourself and the world. A central theme in this phase of the work is the exploration and celebration of your unique life purpose and the continued recognition of what tools/resources and practices you are finding most helpful in keeping you in alignment with your values, hopes and dreams.

Coaching Fees:

Discovery Session – 75 to 90 minutes - $150 - $110 (sliding scale)

Coaching Session – 60 minutes - $125 - $100 (sliding scale)

Location of Meetings: By-phone (due to COVID-19)


Community Class Offerings

My current community class offerings include introductory and/or intermediate-level classes on the foundations of mindfulness meditation, mindfulness practices for daily life, and the cultivation of the qualities of kindness, self-compassion, joy, and equanimity in daily life. Each class includes periods of gently guided meditation, daily life practice tips to help keep you centered throughout your day, and time for sharing and questions. I also collaborate with movement specialists to provide community mini-retreats combining the benefits of the potent pairing of movement and meditation.
